Lighthouse personnel include engineers licensed in most of the midwest, south and east coast. Our lead personnel have each have over 30 years of experience in building structures, design and construction. We have worked on both flat roofs and peaked roofs and have a significant resources available for completing investigations.
Other disaster experiences include investigations of structures for flood damage along the Mississippi after heavy rains and flooding, flood recovery efforts in Thailand after massive flooding in 2011, investigation of properties after the EF5 tornado in Joplin, MO in 2011 and more ordinary wind and flood events that occur regularly on a smaller scale.
